The prepaid vouchers for Tandems, aircraft flights or Virtual Reality Experience expire 1 year after they have been purchased. Once they have expired they can not be used.

The prepaid vouchers for Wind Tunnel expire 6 months after they have been purchased. Once they have expired they can not be used.

All the prepaid vouchers can be refunded up to 6 months after they have been purchased.

REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE WIND TUNNEL

Be older than 4 years.
Do not exceed 120 kg of body weight.
Not being pregnant.
Not suffer from heart disease, epilepsy or severe back injury.
Not suffer pain or shoulder dislocation.
Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.


To change a booking that has already been made, it must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance, otherwise it will cost 9 Euros per pax.
